English version

The Soultzerland Community of Communes, situated in Northern Alsace , is at the heart of the Outre-Forêt (Outer Forest) an area which is quite “remote” because the Forest of Haguenau forms a natural barrier between the town of Haguenau and the northern part of the Department.

It is equidistant between Haguenau and Wissembourg and between Woerth and Seltz. Today, however, it has been opened up by the Haguenau by-pass, in service since 2001.

There are 7 member communes made up of 10 villages in all

Hoffen (520 inhabitants and 945 ha in total)
Hermerswiller (235 inhabitants)
Leiterswiller (363 inhabitants)
Keffenach (208 inhabitants and 239 ha)
Memmelshoffen (320 inhabitants and 182 ha)
